The road that offers access to the Villa is asphalted and in good condition (Strada Independentei). Glovo is operating in Buftea, for the restaurant deliveries, as well as for the hypermarket/supermarket supplies.
Villa des Artistes can be used for both residential and business purposes. Villa is perfect for a big family with kids and a nanny/cleaner as it also has a separated staff area. But it’s also a win for short or long term renting of the whole house. The house can also be a boutique hotel, as every room has an in-suite renovated bathroom, and by the way we already have good reviews on Airbnb. There is a second kitchen in the basement, fully equipped for preparing breakfasts, serve food throughout the day and hold event cooking. Freshly installed outside toilet allows to organise bigger parties and events, eventually even without renting the inside of the house. We successfully organised parties like baptism and birthdays up to 100 people. The marble walkway leading to the pontoon of 70m2 square offers a unique setting for a dreamy mid-sized weddings on the lake.
After all, there is indeed no other house like this in Bucharest area. And it’s not only about all those benefits described and those omitted, but about ART. The Villa is full of art, inside and outside. Its original full-facade size murals outside and all those thoughtful details that you would find inside bring you as close as possible to your dream house and makes you think about one of the Gaudi houses in Barcelona…
To finish, this Villa is the right acquisition for arty and open-minded people who feel and appreciate the beauty of art and that of the nature. It has also been affirmed by some of our more sensible guests that the house has positive vibes and good energy.
