2 room apt to let starting 1st of June on Magheru street.
The apt is currently being renovated (walls painted) and the preferred future tenants are non-smokers, pet-free.
We ask 2 month's worth of rent as an initial deposit for damages and rent paid in advance for 1 month.

(The only case in which the rental price is negotiable by a margin of maximum 5% is if you agree to pay in advance for 3 months, and for this provision to be stipulated in the rental agreement. Please do not contact us to negotiate the price otherwise)
